The Point is a +/- 5 acre commercial site ready for new construction. It is located at the signalized entrance to the Wilkes-Barre Twp. Commons Shopping Center, anchored by Target. The site is directly across the street from the Wyoming Valley Mall and near Arena Hub Plaza, anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. A shopping center once occupied the site but it was damaged beyond repair by a tornado on June 13, 2018. Updated information on this site coming soon.
