GIP Ventures, LP owns 31 acres of well positioned industrial real estate in the Grimes Industrial Park. The Grimes Industrial Park is home to international and regional tenants. The TJ Maxx distribution center, one of the largest industrial properties in northeast Pennsylvania (+/- 1,000,000 SF), is located in the park.　 Additional tenants in the park include FED EX, FED EX Ground, and A. Duie Pyle.

Location
The Grimes Industrial Park is located in Pittston Township. The park is accessible via Suscon Road, which directly links to State Route 315 and Interstate 81 via Navy Way Road.  The Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast extension is within minutes. The park also features indirect access to Centerpoint,  one of the region’s largest industrial park.
